Class Description
Fitness Training
Be it Body Weight Boot Camp, or Total Body Toning, these classes are designed to build strength and power, and to increase stamina and flexibility through body weight, resistance, and plyometric training exercises. Class times range 45-55mins.
Suggested attire: Fitness clothing and sneakers. Some classes may require equipment or a creative at-home option.
Class Description
Lester Horton technique is a modern dance technique that builds strength, flexibility, and grace, through linear movement that is bold and dynamic and wave like movement that is vulnerable and powerful simultaneously. Class times range from 60-75mins. Wear dance clothing or comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. No shoes or other footwear needed for this class.

CLASS Registration, Cancellation and Refunds
Please note for classes held Monday-Friday, you must register in advance at least 1 hour before class. For Saturday morning classes, you must register no later than 8am-EST on the day of class.
Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.
